At Honorary Lifestyle, we’re committed to providing high-quality, value-driven services with integrity, professionalism, and transparency. Please review the following return and cancellation policies before purchasing any services or digital products.

🔹 Consultations & Strategy Sessions

We understand that schedules can change. You may cancel or reschedule your session by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full reschedule at no additional cost.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are non-refundable, but you may reschedule one time as a courtesy.
• No-shows or failure to communicate will result in a forfeited session without refund.

🔹 Digital Products

Due to the instant access nature of digital content (e-books, templates, guides, downloadable tools, or course materials), all digital product sales are final.

• Once a digital product is purchased, access is granted immediately, and no refunds, exchanges, or returns will be issued.
• Please ensure you review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience any technical issues accessing your digital product, please contact us for support.

🔹 Exceptional Cases

We are committed to providing a positive client experience. If you feel that your situation requires further review, please contact us within 3 business days of purchase or appointment time. Any exceptions to this policy are made solely at our discretion.
